AESIF Approved Testing Instrument At Saiedue:
AESIF have been working
with Mecmesin Ltd. (A leading force-test instrument
manufacturer) to create a purpose built piece of
force measurement apparatus to allow the AESIF members
to carry out extrememely accurate TEST & Inspection
reports on automated entrance system installtions.
AESIF's Test & Inspection Certification
system provides evidence for AESIF's members and
their customers that the installtion carried out
meets with the latest British Standards regarding
installation and the safe operation thereafter.
Mecmesin's new piece of aparatus is the first of its
kind specifically manufactured for installers of entrance
automation and will prove a valuable device in the industry
in assuring standards and meeting with new directives
out of the EU.
In its first public showing of the door
closure tester, GDM - the Italian Distributor for Mecmesin
will be at the Saiedue Exhibition in Bologna and will
run from 17th to 21st March. Demonstrating the door
closure tester will enable the various interested parties
to get a feel of the AESIF approved force measurment
device.
